Enaja Sambatur, MBBS is currently serving as a Clinical Research Specialist in the Fetal Care and Surgery Center at Boston Children’s Hospital. With a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Sri Devaraj Urs Academy of Higher Education and Research in India, Enaja has complemented her medical education with extensive research experience in MFM/Fetal Surgery.
Her work focuses on advancing prenatal diagnostics and treatments, as evidenced by her publications in leading journals such as the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Enaja has contributed to systematic reviews and meta-analyses on topics like prenatal exome sequencing, severe ventriculomegaly, and maternal alloimmunization. She has also presented her findings on fetal and placental anomalies at prestigious conferences, including the International Fetal Medicine and Surgery Society and ISUOG World Congress.
