Leah Schwartz, MD, MSc is a PGY-2 in the Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital Integrated Program in OB/GYN. Raised in Dobbs Ferry, New York, she recieved her undergraduate degree in History of Science from Harvard College, and her masters degree in Medical Anthropology from the University of Oxford, and her medical degree from Harvard Medical School. Her current research utilizes qualitative and quantitative methods to examine toxicology testing practices during pregnancy. In the future, Dr. Schwartz plans to pursue a career in maternal-fetal medicine specializing in addiction care.
