Celeste A. Green, MD, MPH is Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellow at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. After completing her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Central Florida, she earned her Master's of Public Health with a focus in Community-Oriented Primary Care from The George Washington University. She worked in legislative stakeholder and patient engagement at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) prior to matriculating at UNC for medical school. She completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at UNC Chapel Hill.
As a first-generation physician and the proud daughter of Jamaican immigrants, Dr. Green focuses her work to improve equity and create opportunity for Black physicians, medical students, and patients to thrive. She has been published in the New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of Perinatology and Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynecology, and has presented her work on disparities in medicine and in medical education at multiple conferences.
