Dr. Gal Bachar is a senior physician at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rambam Health Care Campus, the largest tertiary hospital in northern Israel. Prior to earning her MD from the Azrieli Faculty of Medicine at Bar-Ilan University, Dr. Bachar solidified her scientific foundation with a BSc in Biomedicine from Tel Aviv University.
Dr. Bachar's passion for research ignited during her residency, leading her to focus on obstetrics, fertility, and gynecology. She currently spearheads an active research group dedicated to obstetric studies and actively contributes as a principal tutor for various medical student rotations.
Dr. Bachar's dedication to advancing knowledge extends beyond her research pursuits. She has presented her work at numerous conferences across Israel and has been recognized for her exceptional contributions with the prestigious Sadovsky Prize from the National Gynecological Association for Obstetrics and Gynecology.
