Rachel Malone is a third year medical student at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland University of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dublin.
She has a keen interest in obstetrics and gynaecology and she hopes to pursue this for residency training in the future.
She has already completed an animal labroratory-based project in fetal therapy design.
