Dr. Sami Backley completed his medical school training at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and OB/GYN residency training at the UMMS-Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. He completed is Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship at the McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He is curruently a second year Fetal Intervention fellow at the McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
