May Abiad, MD, is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Fetal Care and Surgery Center (FCSC), Division of Fetal Surgery and Newborn Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital. She previously conducted research at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Department of Surgery. She earned her MD from the American University of Beirut and has been actively engaged in clinical research, mentorship, and international collaborations. Her work focuses on the intersection of maternal-fetal medicine and public health, aiming to improve evidence-based management strategies for high-risk pregnancies and address disparities in care. She is dedicated to advancing patient-centered care and hopes to make a meaningful impact through both research and clinical practice.
