Dr. Gal Cohen is a resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She earned her medical degree at the Faculty of Medicine at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, has received the Rector's award for excellence in 2011, and graduated the degree with top honors.
She is currently during her sixth year of residency at Meir Medical Center, Tel Aviv University in Israel, and this is the second year of her tenure as Chief Resident.
Dr. Gal Cohen has been conducting research in the field of Obstetrics, Gynecology, Genetics and Fertility to develop the field. She has more than 28 publications in leading journals, has pacticipated as a speaker and presenting author in more than 10 international scientific meetings and has been awarded with several grants for her research work.
