Bhaskari Burra, MD (she/her/hers)

Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellow
Mountain Area Health Education Center

Bhaskari Burra, BS, MD, is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellow at Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) in Asheville, North Carolina. She received her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University and medical degree from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. After completing residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tulane University School of Medicine, she is now a 2nd year MFM fellow at MAHEC. Dr. Burra's research interests include environmental impacts on maternal and fetal health, disparities in obstetric outcomes, cardio-obstetrics, and cardiovascular health in pregnant patients.
