Dr. Aliah L. Fonteh (M.D., M.S.) is a current PGY-2 at Yale New Haven Hospital in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences. She is passionate about solutions to reduce maternal mortality, to support breastfeeding education, and to improve health equity among underserved communities. She looks forward to continuing to provide compassionate and evidence-based clinical care while pressing on as a budding researcher, advocate, and educator. She endeavors to fight for improvements in quality delivery of care amongst the most vulnerable communities. Her interests include global maternal-fetal medicine, reproductive infectious disease, health policy, and community engaged education.
