My name is Ho Yeon Kim, an asscociate professor in department of obsterics and gynecology in Korea University Medicine. My subspecialty is high risk pregnancy including preeclampsia, fetal growth restriction and preterm birth. I graduated from Medical School of Korea University and have Master's degree in Ajou University and PhD in Korea University. I wanted to be a doctor when I was in high school because I want to help people in pain and disease and when I finished Intern, I determined to be a resident in obstetrics and gynecology. After residency, I was interested in pregnancy and delivery so I had five years of fellowship in Obstetrics. As I experienced education, clinical practice and research during the fellowship, I applied for a faculty member and became a professor in department of obstetrics in 2021.
