Carmen Santoli, MD is a first year fellow in combined Maternal Fetal Medicine and Medical Genetics and Genomics at University of California, San Francisco. She was originally born in Romania and has lived most of her adult life in Portland, OR and San Francisco, CA. She completed her undergraduate degree in Human Biology at Stanford University, medical school education at Oregon Health & Science University and OBGYN residency at Duke University Hospital. Her research interests include cost-effectiveness analysis and prenatal genetic screening and diagnosis.
