Mia Hodges is an MD/MPH student (class of 2026) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her undergraduate education at Davidson College and worked at the National Human Genome Research Insitute (NHGRI) of the National Institutes of Health prior to medical school. Areas of research include prenatal diagnosis and reproductive genetics, perinatal effects of incarceration and opioid use disorders, and equitable access to abortion information and care.
