Arlin Delgado is a maternal-fetal medicine fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. She previously completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and received her medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine. She has had a longstanding passion for obstetrics, with a particular interest in labor and delivery and critical care obstetrics. Throughout her training, she has explored various research opportunities, ranging from survey design to secondary data analysis, while working on multidisciplinary research teams. Her diverse research interests include patient-provider communication, patient education, barriers to care, and the impact of maternal chronic conditions, such as preexisting diabetes, on perinatal and neonatal outcomes.
