Duke University School of Medicine
Hello, I’m Adwoa Baffoe-Bonnie, a third-year medical student at Duke University School of Medicine. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During my undergraduate studies, I undertook a self-directed global women's health fellowship in Ghana and served as a research assistant in UNC's Maternal-Fetal Medicine Department for three years. As a medical student, I remain actively involved in maternal-fetal medicine research, with a particular focus on preterm birth prevention. I am passionate about pursuing a future career in OB/GYN to advance care and outcomes for women and their families.
