Emily Zhao is a third year medical student at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She was born and raised in Ohio and completed her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Chicago. Her research interests include prenatal diagnosis, delayed cord clamping, and improving disparities in maternal health.
