Despite advancements in obstetrics, numerous topics remain open for discussion and debate, particularly concerning new findings related to chronic and postpartum hypertension, targeted therapies for preeclampsia, and methods for predicting this condition.

This course aims to explore innovative therapies and strategies in managing longstanding obstetric complications. The curriculum will feature lectures presenting the latest data, alongside engaging debates led by experts in the field. Participants will have the opportunity to gain insights into recent innovations and updates in obstetrics.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe new management approaches for hypertension in pregnancy.
  • Explain the underlying research that helped in developing innovative approaches.
  • List strategies to help implement these novel approaches in their routine practice
  • Recognize barriers in implementing some of these novel approaches.
  • Access the origins of emerging therapies in complications with HTN.
