Olga Grechukhina, MD is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine subspecialist at Yale School of Medicine/Yale-New Haven Hospital (YNHH). She received her MD degree form the First Moscow State Medical University after which she dedicated 4 years to basic science research studying endometriosis in Taylor lab at OBGYN department at Yale. She then moved on to complete her OBGYN Residency and MFM Fellowship training at YNHH and is now an assitant professor in the same institution. Her clinical and research interests encompass severe maternal morbidity (SMM) in general and as related to hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and placenta accreta spectrum, specifically. She is a co-chair of SMM Review Committee and a co-director of a multidisciplinary cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) program at YNHH. As of 7/2024 she is a WRHR scholar and studies placental invasion disorders through bench, translational and clinical methodologies. She is a receipient of the Georgio Pardi Foundation President's Presentor Award (SRI Meeting), multiple teaching awards throughout her training and the ACOG National Faculty Award for Excellence in Resident Education.
