Olivia Liseth is a fifth year MD-PhD student at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida in Biomedical engineering, where she completed a thesis project on nanoparticle-based antioxidant therapies for osteoarthritis. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Immunology, with her PhD thesis focused on CAR T cell, oncolytic virus combination therapies. She has a particular interest in women’s health and gynecologic diseases and is interested in potentially pursuing gynecologic oncology as a clinical specialty.
