Joyce H. Xu, BA

University of Cincinnati College of Medicine

Joyce Xu is a fourth-year medical student at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, applying to OBGYN residency. A California native, she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019 with a major in neuroscience. Her research interests include hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, opioid use in pregnancy, and reducing severe maternal morbidity. She is also passionate about medical education and exploring the role of spirituality in patient care.
