This postgraduate course is designed to offer an in-depth examination of the existing evidence and to provide practical recommendations for managing pregnancies that are at risk for or affected by fetal growth restriction (FGR). Our primary objective is to reduce the incidence of stillbirth as well as neonatal mortality and morbidity linked to this condition. Key topics covered in the course will include the prediction, diagnosis, investigation, management, and counseling related to FGR.

Learning Objectives:

Summarize the available evidence for screening paradigms for FGR.
Explain how to diagnose early- or late-onset FGR.
Describe ways to perform evidence-based workup and follow-up algorithms.
Describe ways to counsel patients with pregnancies complicated with FGR.
Generate management plans for pregnancies complicated with FGR.
Recognize special populations including selective FGR in twin pregnancies.
