We accept non-exhibitors to be part of the Career Fair, there is a sur-charge for non-exhibitors, since non-exhibitors will not be registered for the meeting any attendees that you would like to attend/work the Career Fair would need to be registered for the meeting. Yes, you can; the Cadmium system only allows for one main contact from each company, so sharing your Cadmium log in with your colleagues is the best option should you work with more than one person at the Pregnancymeeting.

The online Kit will be sent out via email to registered exhibitors and be available on our website at least 60 days prior to the conference. Please look for the service kit on the SMFM Pregnancy meeting website.
Exhibitor registration will be in the Lobby/Foyer. Please pick up your badge before going to the exhibit hall on the same floor as a badge is required to enter the hall at all times.
You can purchase additional badges by logging into Exhibitor Portal. Additional exhibitor registrations which will also gain access to scientific sessions will be $400 each. Yes, a certificate of liability insurance is a required document that you will need to provide in the Cadmium portal, if your booth is 400 square feet or larger.
The deadline to cancel your booth without penalty was November 15, 2024. Any cancellations after that date will be at 100% cancellation fee.

log in to your Cadmium Account with your email and Password (key). From your Dashboard, scroll down and look for Sponsorship Opportunities (Click). All sponsorships will be listed; look for your desired sponsorship (click that sponsorship). Complete your purchase by selecting NEXT at the bottom right, which will bring you to the payment page.
You can promote your company within your exhibit booth space or at any events your organization is sponsoring at the Pregnancy Meeting. Please note that there is a fine of $250 for any flyers or marketing materials distributed outside of your paid exhibit booth or secured sponsorship on all conference facility premises. Should SMFM find flyers around the Gaylord a $250 charge will be added to your account.
Here are some ideas. We are happy to help in any way we can. Encourage all of your clients and potential clients to visit your booth. Update your company description by December 6 in the Cadmium Portal, that way it will appear in the conference app as well as the printed program book. Take out and Ad in the printed program book
Please be aware of unofficial contractors attempting to sell to SMFM exhibitors. New deceptive tactics are always developing, so use your best judgment and reach out to events@smfm.org with any questions or to report suspicious contacts. Housing: Too often, unsanctioned groups send solicitation emails and direct calls to SMFM exhibitors claiming to offer discounted hotel reservations during the SMFM Pregnancy Meeting without any actual rooms to sell. Do not attempt to reserve these fake hotel rooms and malicious booking policies. All exhibitors and attendees must book their rooms and room blocks directly through SMFM ONLY, through the link provided on our Housing page. No one from SMFM or the Gaylord will call you to solicit hotel bookings from you, and no other companies or offers are endorsed or protected against by SMFM. We strongly discourage anyone conducting business with any other company, as there have been numerous fraudulent reports. Please contact events@smfm.org to report suspicious contacts. Email Lists: The most common solicitation exhibitors will receive is the offer of an email list for pre-registered Pregnancy/Annual Meeting attendees or Society members. SMFM does not sell, rent, or share contact/lead lists of members or meeting attendees. None of these companies are legitimate, and any solicitations for SMFM mailing lists are scams and are in no way endorsed, promoted, or protected by SMFM. Do not attempt to order these fake and malicious lists. Review the options above or contact events@smfm.org for legitimate advertising and sponsorship options to reach SMFM members and meeting attendees.
